travel europe france the south of france les baux de provence around the old town

Because we visited Les Baux de Provence in the off season of late fall, we got to experience its haunting beauty and colorful history alone and unmolested by other tourists.
The old town and the streets were virtually empty and we toured with the byways accompanied only by the spirits of ancient highwaymen that lived here.
